Q) Do you buy comics?
A) 'Why yes, we do buy comics, but only at our brick and mortar location (1217 Griswold Street Port Huron, MI) Thank you'.
Q) Do you deal in newer comics?
A) 'Currently, we do not deal in anything newer. Our inventory consists mainly of back stock comics, magazines, and toys from the 70's - Early 2000's'.
Q) When did this site start?
A) 'April 2016 - Our social media and selling presence is several years older with Facebook and Amazon.
Q) How often do you add inventory?
A) 'Adding inventory with the pictures and all the information that goes along with it takes a considerable amount of time, so we will add inventory in blocks across the entire site. If you have a specific character or series you are interested in, please let us know through our contact page.'
Q) Where do you get your cover pictures from?
A) 'Unless otherwise indicted, ALL cover images are scanned from the book. In other words, the one you see/buy, is the one you get.'
Q) What shipping services do you use?
A) 'Comic Book Zen uses the United States Postal Service (USPS)'.
Q) How fast do you ship?
A) 'Most orders (depending on when the order was placed) are shipped next day, or within 2 days.'
Q) How do you package your item(s) for shipments?
A) 'Comic Books & Magazines are individually bagged and boarded before shipping.
Posters are rolled and placed into crush proof tubes.
Toys and larger items are boxed.'
Q) What are your return policies?
A) 'All returns and/or exchange requests MUST be made within 7 days of the original delivery date. Please inspect items immediately when received. Please use our contact page first to start the return process before taking any other steps.'
'All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days after a request has been approved. All returns must be authorized by Comic Book Zen prior to being sent back. We are not responsible for products returned to us without this authorization.'
'No returns will be accepted on orders over $100.00. Be sure the item(s) are what you want and ask any questions you have BEFORE placing your order. Thank You.'
'No returns are allowed on products that have been altered or changed from their original condition. Non-product related fees (shipping, handling, transaction fees, insurance, etc.) are non-refundable, unless a result of Comic Book Zen error.'
'Your return authorization does not guarantee product replacement or refund. Once the returned item is received, its condition will be inspected before final acceptance. If a return is approved, the appropriate refund is then authorized and processed. If you return your item(s) before an authorization is granted, the item(s) will be returned to you at YOUR expense.'

Q) Do you collect taxes?
A) 'Sales tax is calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Comic Book Zen unless explicitly indicated in the ordering process. Items ordered from Comic Book Zen may be subject to tax in certain state(s), based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and any other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Comic Book Zen, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.'
